Chi Tak Limited ships to all addresses within the serviceable regions indicated at checkout. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method selected. Standard shipping takes 3 to 7 business days for domestic orders and 7 to 14 business days for international orders. Expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, volume, and destination. Orders above a certain threshold may qualify for free shipping, as displayed on the wa07.watchhousesale.com website. Once an order ships, Chi Tak Limited provides a tracking number via the email address provided during purchase.

Chi Tak Limited does not ship to P.O. boxes for certain carriers. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Chi Tak Limited reserves the right to charge a reshipping fee. Lost or stolen packages confirmed after delivery by the carrier are not the responsibility of Chi Tak Limited. Customers must contact the carrier directly for such claims.

Returns Policy

14-Day Return Window

Chi Tak Limited accepts returns on all clothing items within 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the order. This return period is absolute. No returns are accepted after the 14th day. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original box without scuff marks. Underwear, swimwear, and earrings are final sale and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Any item showing signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, or pet hair will be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

Return Shipping Cost

The customer bears all return shipping costs. Chi Tak Limited does not provide prepaid return labels. Customers must use a trackable shipping method. Chi Tak Limited is not responsible for returns lost in transit. The original outbound shipping fee paid by the customer is non-refundable.

Refund Processing Time

Once Chi Tak Limited receives the returned item and inspects it for compliance with the return conditions, the refund process begins. Refunds take a minimum of 14 business days to be issued after the returned item passes inspection. The 14-day minimum applies to all refunds.

For PayPal transactions, the refund processing time is at least 14 business days. However, certain jurisdictions have laws that require PayPal refunds to be processed within 30 calendar days. In those jurisdictions, Chi Tak Limited complies with the 30-day requirement. Customers should check their local laws. The actual time for the refund to appear in the customer’s account depends on the payment provider and financial institution.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Store credit is not offered as an alternative unless specifically requested by the customer. No cash refunds are provided.

Customers must include the original order number inside the return package. Returns without an order number will cause delays and may be refused.

Refund Process Steps

Step 1 – Request Return Authorization
The customer must log into wa07.watchhousesale.com and access the order history section. The customer selects the item to return and completes the return request form. Chi Tak Limited reviews the request within 2 business days. A return authorization number is issued only for eligible requests. Unauthorized returns sent without a return authorization number will be rejected.

Step 2 – Pack the Item
The customer places the item in a secure shipping box or poly mailer. All original tags must be attached. The customer includes a printed copy of the return authorization confirmation and the original packing slip. The customer seals the package properly.

Step 3 – Ship the Return
The customer affixes the shipping label to the outside of the package. The customer ships the package using any trackable carrier of choice. The customer pays all shipping charges directly to the carrier. The customer retains the tracking number and receipt.

Step 4 – Inspection at Chi Tak Limited
The return package arrives at Room 1003, 10/F, Grand City Plaza, 1 Sai Lau Kok Road, Tsuen Wan. Chi Tak Limited inspects the item within 5 business days of receipt. The inspection confirms that the item is unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and has all tags attached. If the item fails inspection, Chi Tak Limited notifies the customer via email to [email protected] and offers to ship the item back to the customer at the customer’s expense. No refund is issued for failed inspections.

Step 5 – Refund Issuance
If the item passes inspection, Chi Tak Limited processes the refund. The refund amount equals the purchase price of the item only. The original shipping fee is not refunded. The refund is issued within 14 business days from the inspection date. For PayPal payments, the refund appears in the customer’s PayPal account within 14 business days, except in jurisdictions requiring a 30-day window.

Step 6 – Confirmation
Chi Tak Limited sends a refund confirmation email to the customer’s registered email address. The confirmation includes the refund amount and the transaction ID. The customer must allow additional days for the financial institution to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a customer receives a damaged item or an incorrect item, the customer must contact [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Chi Tak Limited provides a prepaid return label for such cases. After the damaged or incorrect item is returned, Chi Tak Limited ships a replacement at no cost. This policy does not extend the 14-day return window for other items.
